A follow-up consultation, 6 to 12 weeks after our initial session, offers an opportunity to reconnect and reflect on your progress. This time allows you to gently integrate the recommendations and new practices into your daily life, at your own pace. Based on how you're feeling and progressing, we can thoughtfully refine, modify, or introduce new ideas and treatments to meet you where you are and continue nurturing your overall health and wellness. This space is one of ongoing support, care, and co-creation.
