Lindsey is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Pancha Karma Technician and Marma Point Therapist dedicated to holistic wellness and natural healing.

After earning her MBA in Boston, Lindsey transitioned from city life to the peaceful countryside of Maine in pursuit of deeper purpose and alignment with her dharma. Her journey led her to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, where she discovered a profound connection to its root-cause approach to health and its time-tested healing modalities. Through the study and practice of Ayurveda, Lindsey gained a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul.

In addition to her Ayurvedic training, Lindsey is a certified Reflexologist with a special interest in the therapeutic power of the feet to influence the entire body. She integrates reflexology into her holistic practice to support stress relief, improve circulation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Combining Ayurveda and reflexology with her background in yoga, meditation, and reiki; Lindsey offers a deeply integrative approach. Her work is rooted in a commitment to helping others achieve balance, vitality, and inner harmony through both ancient and modern healing traditions.
